Hotel Haus Neugebauer
New and regular guests know great ambience when they see it – that’s why they love coming back. This also applies to business travellers who can arrive at our still oasis after only a short journey from Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and the airport. Tourists and day-trippers flock here for the trails, cultural treasures, concerts and events which are practically in front of the hotel.
We offer 3 Singles and 18 Double Rooms, some with balcony, which are both modern and very comfortable.
Cuisine á la Neugebauer
A single room, including breakfast buffet, costs between €75 and €95, and a double costs between €118 and €145, depending on length of stay.
Our offers for families are great: Children younger than seven stay with their parents for free. Parents pay €10 per day for children under thirteen, and from thirteen they pay €20.
Neugebauer also has offers for great holidays, hiking visits and public holidays, such as at Easter or New Year.
Our food is based around the cuisine of the region of Hesse. This means fine wines, innovative local dishes, fresh seasonal produce; both sophisticated and down-to-earth. Our chef, Simon Neugebauer, has since 2014 been guaranteeing a great deal of versatility (chef training at Kronenschlösschen restaurant in Eltville).
Everything is home-made at Neugebaur including soups, salad, jellied ‘Sülze’ cold cut, ‘Maultaschen’-style ravioli, dressings, syrup, chutney, cakes and tarts. Even our stir-fry curry is made by our butcher on site. Wisper trout, smoked salmon quiche, gently braised venison, lamb filet on couscous or filled schnitzel – there’s always something new and surprising. We ensure this variety by changing our menu every two or three months to include seasonal produce. Although we also offer classics such as our ‘NeugeBurger’ or ‘Winzer Karl sei Sülz’, as well as vegetarian and vegan fare. We have brunch offers or three-course meals for sociable gourmets. And for those with small appetites, many of our dishes can be ordered in small ortions.
