In close proximity to the house: post office, bank, doctor, chemist, newsagent, various shops, regular bus service and excursion coaches.
Minigolf, pleasure boats and ferry all at the banks of the Moselle close by. New: "Alte Weinscheune” (Old Wine Barn) opposite the restaurant, with beer garden at the fountain, with direct access to the nearby Moselle park.
