Dear friends of the lovely rhine,
we enjoy to greet you at this site for our hollyday flat at Lorch.
We like to give you a 11pt overview at our offer and this region inside the UNESCO world herritage 'Oberes Mittelrheintal'.
The flat is in the first flour (one flour up from the street) of our house nearly at the bank of the river rhine. Just five minutes of the center of our 11pt town but at the beginning of the wine yards and so directly inviting for a walk or to hike around the 'Rheinsteig' or over prepared routes. The 'Wispertal' as a wonderful nearby recreational area is also only a few kilometers away.
There is a pier for the traddition-aware company of 'KD' which is also used by over firms and can be reached in five minutes on foot. The railway station is about 15 minutes (on foot too) away.
The flat:
about 45 square meters (thats 484 square feet) in size with one sleeping room with two single-person beds (can be shift together if desired) and one living room with a special for-sleep-useable couch for two people. Kitchen and bath with bathtub and a terrasse are there too. To make it complete there are towels and sheets in it as well as toaster, egg cooker, coffee maker and water heater in the kitchen and a hairdryer in the bath room. If you want (or need) there is kable-tv.
To smoke please only use terrasse but if you have a pet: it's welcome especially if it's a dog -we have some 11pt one too.
To park one can use the street and for bicycles we would find some area too.
prices:
For the flat you have to pay 32 EUR per night or if you stay just one night it's about 37 EUR. That includes two people -for any additional (up to four people in whole) there are 7 EUR per person.
discount:
If you stay more than 7 nights this is about 25 Eur and 50 EUR for more than 14 nights to stay.

To cross the river and look at the over side there is car ferry about 1.5 kilometers away. Bikers or hikers are welcome there too.
